Lacquering

To protect the electronics from humidity, a special coating of the mounted circuit board is necessary. Applying a finish specially developed for the electronics, prevents surface leakage between the part pins. Therefore failure-free functionality can be guaranteed, even when, for example, condensation occurs.
To ensure consistent quality, the process „Lacquering“ was  automated with two paint robots.
