Through our internal data network the shipping department plans 4 weeks in advance which jobs have to leave our house on which day, so that they arrive in time for the customer.
Because the current production status of the modules can be seen via a network control center, everything is ready before the assembly arrives at the department.
This information reduces the lead time.
